The Adventure's of Marty!

This assignment is an electronic traveling journal, also known as a traveling buddy. I have created this journal as part of our discussion regarding the use of technology for writing and publishing.

As a teacher, you should desire to further their students' knowledge of technology, reading, writing, thinking, and even geography, through the adventures of a classroom buddy. The buddy will spend time with each student and adventures will be recorded.

Your assignment: Spend 1 day with "Marty" the zebra. Take him to class, allow him to meet your friends, take him to special events, or read him a book. At the end of your day, you will need to record Marty's adventures...from the voice of Marty!

(Please be considerate of the daily schedule, remember who gets Marty after you)

  1. Hello all! My adventure began on Saturday when I spent the day with Ashley Fenner. We had a very busy day filled with work, fun, and a little sleep. We started our morning with a nice hot shower before heading to Maurices for Ashley to work.

    We had so much fun when we got to work! There were so many fun customers who came in to shop and we even got some time to try on new items that came into the store. I even met some very interesting headless friends...although they were a bit scary. As the afternoon approached we had to leave Maurices and continue our work at Tan World.

    So many people love to tan on the weekends before they go out so we had a busy day of cleaning beds and doing laundry. I did however get to go tanning and it was VERY relaxing. A zebra has got to keep his stripes dark.

    After the work day we continued home. Here we spent the night watching Grey's Anatomy and One Tree Hill, so dramatic. Overall I had a very fun day.
